The FX Collaborative is a proposed 40-story tower that will feature 90 condos in the heart of the Financial District. The project is being developed by Trinity Place Holdings. It will rise to 500 feet and feature interiors by Deborah Berke Partners. It will tower over the historic Robert and Anne Dickey House, one of the city’s landmarked buildings.
This section of Lower Manhattan has a uniquely irregular street grid that is reminiscent of the original Dutch settlement. Major avenues run north-south, but most streets are narrow and bustling with traffic during the day. For this reason, it’s best to use public transportation to get around the area.
